How long does it take for my package to ship?

Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Once your order is finalized, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

 

Can I pick up my order?

We currently do not offer local pick-up. Shipping is the only option available at this time.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not available.

What if I purchased an item that is out of stock?

Due to the natural and seasonal availability of our ingredients, some products may be temporarily out of stock.

If an item you purchased is unavailable:

  • You can complete a restock request form to be informed when it becomes available again.

  • We prioritize freshness and quality, which may occasionally affect inventory.

Where do you source your herbs?

Our herbs are wild-harvested and ethically sourced from various USDA-approved locations, including:

  • Africa

  • Europe

  • Mexico

  • Caribbean Islands

We’re committed to providing you with the highest quality, naturally grown herbs.

How should I store my herbs?

Store herbs in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent moisture and maintain freshness.

How do I prepare the herbs?

Preparation instructions are included:

  • On the product packaging

  • On the product page of our website

For teas:
We recommend reusing a tea bag no more than twice. If you plan to reuse, store the used tea bag in an airtight container in the refrigerator between uses.

How do I store a used tea bag?

Place the tea bag in a sealed container and store it in the refrigerator for later use.
